Can I place my Grid Ad anywhere on the map page?
We have decided to allocate the land mass for the educational institutions, where possible, as this is our primary target for the visitors. Everyone else can float in the sea, providing they are accepted by the Directors of the Company. If the land mass is full and/or a particular educational organization chooses to swim, then this is fine by us.

How long can I advertise my Grid Ad on this site?
We are working in 1 year blocks which can either be renewed or forfeited to those waiting in the wing! As your contract is with us, we cannot allow you to hand over your space to a replacement of your choice.

We will contact you via email one month before your expiry date and offer you the chance to renew your advertising space with us. Hopefully, you will be so impressed with our service to you and your ROI that we will have a long and meaningful relationship!

Why do you want our Practice Tests or old Entry Exams?
You will be encouraged to supply to us tests which we will then adapt to the 1StopESL site for use by potential students. These can be examples of Entry Tests, individual subject Tests, etc. etc. You choose. Acknowledgement of where the Test comes from, whom they have been supplied by and the Course/Subject they belong to is guaranteed. We want Visitors returning to the site and this is a great way of giving them something they want and getting them back again and again and again!

Do you offer refunds if I change my mind about advertising?
No. If you need your image and website removed at some point, we can do that but no refunds will be given.

Can I change my URL or mouse over text?
Yes, we realize and appreciate that images and descriptions change, especially in business. However, if you contact us to change your image every month we may have something less than delicate to say about it, but hey, we are reasonable people. Please choose your image and text very carefully in the beginning and then we can remain friends for a long time.

Can my site be taken down?
The only reason we will take your site down is if your site violates our terms of service or is deemed to be illegal. This will be determined by the owners of 1StopESL and is at our sole discretion. If your site is taken down due to a violation, you will be given the opportunity to submit a new URL, image and description, but no refunds will be due.

How long will it take to get my site online?
Providing the pedals are greased and the rubber bands in place, we will make every effort to place your  ad on the site within 48 hours, providing (a) your payment has been received and has cleared into our account and, (b) you have submitted a correctly sized image. We cannot be responsible if delays occur due to a mass of orders coming in at one time. We will place all ads in the order they are received.

Why am I being asked to put a back link on my organization's website?
For a simple and logical reason; the more links a website can get the higher it is ranked by the search engines. If you are an advertiser on a site then you want high rankings for that site so that more people are exposed to your advertisement. You can find the codes you need here

Why can't I buy one single block?
Probably the same reason that you can't read a paper written in size 4 font, because it is just too small to be seen! You can't display anything meaningful in one block - nor click it easily - so visually, it would be pointless. With thousands of random tiny colored dots all over the place, the page would look ghastly; and our graphic artist who is sensitive enough already, would be in a constant state of 'apoplexy'.
